This fragrant spice contains all those snice fragrant spices that make you think of Autumn. Here we have notes of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg set with earthy herbs, spices and sugars. We use this on our Pulled Pork to deliver a unique flavour to our smoked finished product. Take this dry blend and add some Olive Oil, fresh Chilli and Soy Sauce, give it a spin in the blender or grind it in the mortal and pestle – use this paste to generously smother it on chicken to make Jerk Chicken.
